Most girls living in the Luangwa Valley need a bit of help to enable them to fulfil their potential. But we have just one small club in one school . . . and work in an area with over 20 schools with many vulnerable girls who would all benefit from a girls’ club. We now need a dedicated gender support manager or 'auntie' to develop our existing club, provide counselling advice and skills training as well as extend the idea to the outlying rural schools. And to do this we need to raise funds for premises, equipment and our Auntie's transport.
We also need a workshop for our sanitary pad project and to teach sewing and dressmaking. Thanks to our kind supporters we've already been able to cross some items off our shopping list and now we need to raise funds.
How you can help . . .
